How can I cancel or terminate a subscription?
Solution
To terminate your subscription, please login to your CNS Control Panel from our home page. Click on 'my products and services' and then 'view details' on the service you would like to cancel. Next, click on the subscription termination link at the bottom of the page.
To cancel a domain registration, click "my domains" and then on the respective domain. Disable auto renew.
Please understand that you must terminate service in the control panel so that your request can be authenticated. This is the only way to terminate a subscription. We do not accept email cancellations. Our policy prohibits staff from canceling subscriptions on behalf of the subscriber. This is simply because there is too much room for error in canceling (and immediately deleting) the wrong subscription or at the wrong time, etc.. We will gladly help you login and cancel your subscription (it is just a few clicks), but it must be completed by the subscriber.
Cancelations must be entered prior to the renewal date. It is not possible to retroactively reverse a cancellation.
Most services can be suspended at the rate of US$5/month. Please open a support ticket to suspend services.
