How can I login if I lost my mobile device?
Solution
Contact CNS support and let us know that you lost your phone. We will ask you the security question you gave us when you registered your mobile device. You can save time by answering the question when you let us know that you lost your phone. We will deactivate the device once we receive your reply. This will allow you to login without the 2FA code.
If you do not remember the security question or answer then you will need to fax us a valid passport. It must be notarized with a note that you lost your mobile device and request deactivation of your 2FA registration.
