Solution IBFX: buy/sell OrderSendFailed With error #0

The broker will return this error when you have reached the maximum number of open or pending orders. We have only seen this error with IBFX, but it may also apply to other brokers. Please let us know if you experience this error with any other brokers so we can update this article.

The limit of open/pending orders with IBFX is 1000.
