How do I use Instant Forex Signals in Windows 2008?

Security in our default Windows 2008 Trader's VPS requires that you open a firewall exception for this specific EA. It is not generally required for other EA's.


If you install any more terminals using this EA then you will need to add it to the firewall.
  • Open the server manager, it's the icon of a server and a toolbox right by the start button
  • expand to configuration->windows firewall->inbound rules
  • right-click on 'inbound rules' and then select 'add new rule'
  • the radio button 'program' should already be selected. click next
  • click the 'browse' button and select 'terminal.exe' of your MT4 application (just like autoboot), then next
  • the radio button to allow the connection should already be selected, click next
  • all 3 checkboxes should already be selected, click next
  • give it a name and click finish (It's probably best for the name if you copy/paste the MT4 folder name.)
We realize it's temping to select 'allow all programs', but it's not as secure and we don't recommend it. but possible...
