Will monthly payments be made automatically or do I need to initiate payment?

Credit card payments will generally process automatically, so long as the card has been set to do so. To verify, please logon to your customer control panel and click 'payment methods'.

All other payment methods must be initiated by you with each invoice. To pay an invoice manually, please return to the control panel and click "my invoices" at the top, then cilck on the invoice.
