To cancel your vps subscription, log into your client area, click on "My Products and services" then click on "View Details" located to the right of the listed vps you wish to cancel. On the next page, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the "Request Cancellation" button.

You will be prompted to select either cancel immediately, (your vps service will be terminated within 24 hours), or cancel at the end of your current billing cycle.You will be prompted to enter the reason you are closing your vps account. You can also include any additional comments or recommendations.

Once you have submitted your cancellation request, you will receive an email confirming the request.Your cancellation request can be reversed by contacting CNS support before the cancellation date arrives.

As this formal method of cancellation counts as a digitial signiture the CNS staff are unable to do it on your behalf.
