Windows 2003 Black Login Screen
Posted by Barry Bahrami on 30 September 2008 09:02 PM
The cause of this issue is because the colors for the Default user are all set to black (0 0 0). This is caused by the virtual disk running out of space. To correct the issue, export the "HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Control Panel\Colors" key from a working server and import it into the broken server. Reboot to complete the procedure.

Please contact CNS support and we will be happy to resolve this for you.
