What is the VE backup policy? When does CNS backup my VE?

It's up to the subscriber to backup the vps. We can't run a backup at any time we wish because it may interfear what the customer is doing on the vps. If a VE was totally rendered useless then it could be restored, assuming there is a backup on file. Sometimes it's best to setup a new VE and copy data that was restored to the bad VE, depending on what caused the fatal crash to begin with.

There is a chance we may have a copy if it was recently migrated from another node, but this should not be relied on. Please be sure to backup your VE!
